Return Policy:
Product returns or exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of receipt. Returned Products must be in new condition. Return freight is your responsibility except for returns of factory flawed, manufacturing defected Products, or receipt of incorrect size of Product. Shipping Methods:
All shipments are based on USPS or UPS Ground service. Extra charges for overnight, second, or third day air shipment will apply. Most orders ship out the day you order, however, orders can take up to 48 hours to ship out. Leave plenty of leeway to insure your order gets to you in time.
International Freight Costs:
To obtain an "estimate" on international freight costs for your order, please e-mail your request to Robalo Boats Merchandise Actual freight costs are finalized when your order is complete and ready to ship. Customers may use their own UPS or FedEx account numbers. Please e-mail Robalo Boats Merchandise to utilize this option. In order to provide customers with "estimates" on freight costs, we need the ship-to address and complete order quantities. NOTE: THE RECEIVER OF THE ORDER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CUSTOMS FEES, DUTIES AND TAXES.

Sales Tax:
Sales tax will be charged on all orders delivered to the state of Indiana.
